You can reach our support team at any time by clicking on the "Contact Support" button in the lower left corner:

You must be logged in to contact support.

Even outside our usual support hours, the AI bot will help you and create a ticket for you if necessary.

Once you have created a ticket, you can view its current processing status at any time.

By clicking on the ticket portal, you can even see which tickets have already been created for your company/law firm—if this feature is enabled in your organization.
